本文是在研究马氏体不锈钢真空热处理工艺过程中控制工件变形和开裂等问题的基础上,对7424沉淀硬化型不锈钢材料经过真空热循环条件后的力学性能及微观组织作了比较和分析。实验表明,根据真空炉的优点应用预冷及Ms点以下缓冷气淬相结合的热处理工艺同样满足7424母材的热处理制度,并且能达到设计所要求的组织和性能。图6表8。
Based on the study of the control of workpiece deformation and cracking during the vacuum heat treatment of martensitic stainless steel, the mechanical properties and microstructure of 7424 precipitation hardened stainless steel after vacuum thermal cycling were compared and analyzed. Experiments show that the heat treatment process based on the advantages of vacuum furnace and precooling combined with slow cooling and quenching of Ms below also meets the heat treatment system of 7424 base metal and can achieve the desired microstructure and properties.
