石臼所港是我国当前利用外资建设的重点新建工程之一。如何提高工程质量,降低工程造价是从事水运工程技术人员的任务。石港面临宽阔的黄河,正确地决定石港地区的波浪各要素对石港的工程是十分重要的,该文对此提出了作者自己的见解,可供有关设计人员参考。
Shijiu Hong Kong is currently one of the key new construction projects in China that utilize foreign investment. How to improve the quality of the project and reduce the cost of the project is the task of technical personnel engaged in waterway engineering. Stone Harbor is facing the vast Yellow River. It is very important to correctly determine the various elements of the wave in Shigang area for the project of Shigang. This article proposes the author’s own opinions for reference of the designers concerned.
