鉴于隆林县大部分玉米种植在山坡上,水源缺乏的实际情况,1991年上半年我们在隆林县桠杈镇纳贡村采用日本武田药品工业株式会社的98%巴丹原粉,进行了不同施药方式的防治玉米铁甲虫幼虫试验,现整理报道如下。 1 试验设计和方法 1.1 试验设计:98%巴丹原粉:设亩用50克加混草木灰20公斤撒施和兑水60公斤喷雾;20%速灭杀丁亩50克兑水75公斤喷雾;喷施清水作对照共4个处理。 1.2 试验方法:试验选择铁甲虫发生严重、玉米长势一致的地块进行。小区面积0.1亩,重复三次,试验地共1.2亩。田间设计随机排列,各处理只用药一次。 1.3 调查方法:施药前及药后6天按每小区定点调查12株玉米的幼虫数、并计算虫口减退率和防治效果。
