本研究以苜蓿盲蝽对新宿主植物油菜的危害为选题,用试验区主栽品种青杂5号、圣光401和南油杂1号为试验材料,以完全随机区组设计,对不同海拔、不同油菜品种受苜蓿盲蝽的危害程度进行调查统计。通过调查统计表明,苜蓿盲蝽对油菜的危害部位主要为嫩、鲜花蕾、叶片、茎干,其危害程度与品种自身的适口性,与自身芥酸含量呈负相关。本研究成功的对苜蓿盲蝽在油菜上的危害进行了调查分析,提出了控制越冬虫口数、加强春后化学防控的措施,为控制苜蓿盲蝽对油菜的危害起到了科学指导作用。
In this study, the damage of nematode Lysimachiae on new host plant Rape was selected as the research topic. Using the main cultivars Qingza 5, Shengguang 401 and Nanyouza 1 in the experimental area as the experimental materials, Elevation, different varieties of rape are affected by the severity of Lygus lucorculus investigation statistics. According to the survey statistics, the damage parts of Lygus albiflorus to rape mainly are tender, fresh flower buds, leaves and stems, and their harm degree and the palatability of varieties themselves are negatively correlated with their own erucic acid content. In this study, we successfully investigated the damage of Lygus albidus on rapeseed and put forward the measures to control the number of overwintering larvae and strengthen the chemical prevention and control after spring, which played a scientific guiding role in controlling the damage of Lygus albiflorus to rapeseed.
