为了解决渗碳钢轴承套圈二次淬火后工件两滚道直径差的问题 ,淬火压模采用了浮动定位结构。介绍了淬火压模的浮动定位原理及模具的设计方法 ,并用实例说明。附图 5幅。
In order to solve the carburized steel bearing rings after quenching two raceway diameter difference between the problem, quenching stamper using a floating positioning structure.
