介绍了测定化学浆细小纤维特性的几种新方法,这些方法可用于测量与细小纤维比表面积密切相关的一些特性,如脱水率、沉降率及黏度。使用压力过滤的保水分析仪测量的细小纤维悬浮液的脱水率,结果与传统方法一致。用Turbiscan装置(近红外液体稳定性分析仪)测定沉降率,测量结果与传统的视觉观察值相符合。这些新的测定方法简单快捷,结果准确。
Several new methods for measuring the properties of fines are introduced. These methods can be used to measure some properties closely related to the specific surface area of fines such as dehydration rate, sedimentation rate and viscosity. The dehydration rate of the fine fiber suspension measured by a pressure-filtered water retention analyzer is consistent with the conventional method. The sedimentation rate was measured with a Turbiscan device (Near Infrared Liquid Stability Analyzer) and the results were in agreement with the traditional visual observations. These new assays are quick and easy with accurate results.
