在工作中,经常有人询问:——别人都有社保,我为什么不能参保?——听说有机关事业社保,有企业职工社保,有灵活就业人员社保,还有农村社保,我到底该参加哪种保险?——我们单位要改制了,以前没办社保怎么办?确实,面对着干部群众炙热又不解的眼神,想着当下社会保险板块分割的实际,我也时常感到茫然和不安。作为一名从事社会保险事业的实践者,同时是福建省派宁德专家服务团成员,以个人的智慧和视野对闽东社会保险问题进行思考和研究,不仅是工作所需,也是责任所在。
