以十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为模板,在pH=4.1HAc-Na Ac缓冲溶液中,用邻苯三酚还原硝酸银得到银纳米簇(AgNCs)。通过不断调节邻苯三酚的浓度,探讨不同还原剂浓度下,银纳米簇的生长状态,并同时采用共振瑞利散射光谱法检测邻苯三酚的含量。利用银纳米簇对菲林试剂-葡萄糖催化体系具有较强的催化作用,进一步提高体系的灵敏度。在选定条件下,邻苯三酚浓度在0.555μmol/L~50.132μmol/L范围内与其共振瑞利散射信号呈良好线性关系,回归方程为I_(470nm)=7.55c+26.82,线性相关系数0.997,检出限为0.126μmol/L邻苯三酚。该法用于测定辅酶Q10软胶囊中邻苯三酚的含量,结果令人满意。
Silver nanoclusters (AgNCs) were obtained by reducing silver nitrate with pyrogallol in pH = 4.1 HAc-Na Ac buffer solution using sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as a template. By continuously adjusting the concentration of pyrogallol, the growth of silver nanoclusters at different reductant concentrations was investigated, and the content of pyrogallol was also detected by resonance Rayleigh scattering spectrometry. The use of silver nanoclusters on the film reagent - glucose catalytic system has a strong catalytic effect to further improve the sensitivity of the system. Under selected conditions, the pyrogallic acid concentration in the range of 0.555μmol / L ~ 50.132μmol / L was in good linear relationship with its resonance Rayleigh scattering signal, and the regression equation was 470nm (I 470nm) = 7.55c + 26.82. The linear correlation coefficient 0.997, the detection limit was 0.126μmol / L pyrogallol. The method was used to determine the content of pyrogallol in coenzyme Q10 soft capsule with satisfactory results.
