In 2003, the Japanese government strenuously interfered in the development of China’s East China Sea. However, with patience in negotiations and the positive efforts of the Japanese economic circles, China and Japan have finally smoothly dissolved this period of political freeze and reached a consensus on jointly developing the East China Sea. In an instant, there was still more than a year since the speech by Chief Justice Ishihara in April last year, and no progress has been made in this dialogue between China and Japan.
