1983～1990年,我们治疗71例颞颌关节紊乱综合征,体会如下。 一、临床资料 本组男29例,女42例。年龄18～65岁。因偏侧咬合,夜磨牙征、咬硬物、外伤引起(牙合)创伤53例,神经衰弱及精神紧张所致者18例。表现为关节区或关节周围疼痛压痛者56例,关节弹响15例,张口受限21例,头痛12例。以关节盘后区损伤最多见,共35例,咀嚼肌痉挛21例,翼外肌功能亢进15例。
From 1983 to 1990, we treated 71 cases of temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome, as follows. First, clinical data The group of 29 males and 42 females. Age 18 ~ 65 years old. Due to partial occlusion, bruxism, bite hard objects, trauma caused by (occlusal) trauma in 53 cases, neurasthenia and stress caused by 18 cases. 56 cases showed pain tenderness in the joint area or joint, 15 cases snapping, 21 mouth restriction and 12 headache. The most common injury was in the posterior segment of the disc, including 35 cases of masticatory muscle spasm and 15 cases of extra-ocular muscle hypertrophy.
