房屋建设工程项目施工质量影响到人们的日常生活,同时也能够说明一家房地产企业的施工质量,施工质量决定着房地产企业未来发展的情况。但在我们生活中还存在着很多房屋建设工程项目施工的质量问题,由于管理不完善造成监管力度不够,严重影响了房屋的施工质量。本篇文章对房屋建设工程项目施工质量所存在的问题进行详细分析,并对如何加强房屋建设工程项目施工质量管理提出了相应的几点措施。
