一、存在的问题及评析笔者通过对2011年浙江省初中英语优质课评比活动后各选手撰写的教后反思的比较和分析发现,教后反思的撰写主要存在以下问题:1.反思内容与课堂关联不大。教后反思需要全面客观地分析与思考课堂教学观念和教学行为,以达到自我监测与调整,并最终提高课堂教学质量这一目的。教后反思应该源于课堂又高于课堂。[例1]重视文化渗透是我们英语
