目的探讨产前超声检查对降低先天性缺陷婴儿出生率的临床效果。方法回顾性分析妇产科实施产前超声检测3600例孕妇的临床资料。上述孕妇自孕16周开始至分娩前定期进行彩色超声检测,对胎儿有无先天性缺陷给予筛查与诊断。结果 3600例产前超声检测孕妇,共发现48例先天性缺陷胎儿,其中引产43例,其余均正常分娩,出生新生儿共3557例,其中先天性缺陷婴儿为5例,缺陷婴儿出生率为1.41‰。结论对孕妇妊娠中晚期采用彩色多普勒超声技术检测胎儿有无先天性缺陷,通过筛查与诊断,提高了胎儿畸形的产前检出率,显著减少了先天性缺陷婴儿的出生率,有利于提高全社会的人口素质。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prenatal ultrasound in reducing the birth rate of congenital infants. Methods The clinical data of 3600 pregnant women who were tested by prenatal ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology were retrospectively analyzed.
