目的探索用网络规模迭加法(NSUM))估计大学生中艾滋病高危人群规模的可行性。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,在高校开展大学生问卷调查,利用网络规模迭加法计算大学生的社交网络规模(Social network size,C),利用调查对象对待事件人群的不同态度对其进行校正,在此基础上对大学生中艾滋病高危行为人群的规模进行估计和校正。结果北京市在校大学生社交网络规模均值为97人;北京市在校大学生中,有多个性伴的大学生占总体比例为5.56%,性工作者的女生占女生总体比例为2.15%,发生过男男性行为的男生占男生总体比例为3.39%。结论可以采用网络规模叠加法通过随机抽样调查,对大学生中艾滋病高危人群的规模进行估计,但需对其结果进行校正。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using NSUM to estimate the scale of AIDS among college students. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to carry out a questionnaire survey among college students, calculating the social network size (C) of college students by using the method of network size superposition, and using the different attitudes of the respondents to treat the incident population to correct them. Based on this, the scale of college students who are at high risk of AIDS is estimated and corrected. Results The average social network size of college students in Beijing was 97.
