文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以啦啦操运动的特点为切入点,详细探究了啦啦操对教职工特色文化建设中的作用。研究认为:啦啦操不仅对教职工特色文化建设有着积极的推动作用,同时也为校园文化的发展以注入新的动力,添加新的内容,非常值得推广。
The article uses the method of literature materials and logic analysis, takes la la gymnastics as the starting point and explores the function of cheerleading in the construction of the special culture of faculty. The research shows that cheerleading not only plays a positive role in promoting the culture construction of faculty and staff, but also injects new impetus and new content into the development of campus culture, which is worth promoting.
