以霸王(Sarcozygium xanthoxylon Bunge)萌动种子为试验材料,通过0,-3,-6,-9℃低温8,16,24 h处理,研究低温冻害对霸王种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:霸王种子在0℃处理8 h,发芽率高于对照组;在0℃处理16,24 h的发芽率低于对照组;在相同处理时间下,随着处理温度的降低,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数也随之逐渐降低;在相同温度处理下,随着处理时间的增加,发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数也随之逐渐降低。
The germinating seeds of Sarcozygium xanthoxylon Bunge were used as experimental material to study the effect of cold damage on the germination characteristics of overbred seeds by treatments of 0, -3, -6 and -9 ℃ for 8, 16 and 24 h. The results showed that the germination rate of King seed was higher than that of the control at 0 ℃ for 8 h, the germination rate at 0 ℃ for 16 h and 24 h was lower than that of the control. Under the same treatment time, the germination potential Germination rate, germination index and vitality index also decreased gradually. With the increase of treatment time, germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index also decreased with the same temperature treatment.
