民国初立，黄兴即以政治家的热情，关注移风易俗、改良社会疾弊，主张“辨其途径，导以从违，酿成善良社会风俗”。

In the early days of the Republic of China, Huang Xing regarded politicians’ enthusiasm, paid attention to shifting customs, and improved social malfeasance. He advocated “distinguishing the ways and leading to the violation of laws and regulations and creating good social customs.”
