在推动中国特色社会主义事业的伟大实践中,广大女性与男性一起发挥着同样的效能,然而,由于女工特殊的社会地位、历史原因、文化歧视等一系列的问题,导致对其思想政治工作出现方法落后、效果不明显等弊端。对此,在科学发展观视域下,必须秉持“以人为本”的理念,以实现女工思想政治工作在路径、内容、机制上的创新与跃升。
In the great practice of promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the majority of women and men play the same efficiency.
