Here, the concept of culture is used in a strict sense, referring to the humanities and culture. That is, it does not include the contents of material forms and science and technology, nor does it include the political and ideological religions. In this sense, it is obviously not rigorous to turn the concepts of culture and “civilization” into mutually replaceable ones. Here, I am full of optimism about the future development of the world. Because for a sober-minded modern man, the tragedy in any one place no longer gives people a lofty experience. The common aspiration of mankind is to make himself and the world a better place.
