从工程教育的目的及产业发展对工程技术人才的要求入手,反思现行工程教育的缺失,结合学校办学历程和服务面向,为提高工程人才培养质量,满足经济社会发展对卓越工程人才的需求,通过实施以产业行业需求为导向的卓越工程师教育培养计划,加强校企协同。搭建工程实践教育平台,实施“企业项目制和双导师制”毕业设计模式,建立“双师型”师资队伍等举措探索卓越工程人才的培养。
