一阶段预应力管的振动成型,一般采用附着式高频风动振动器、插板式电动振动器和普通振动台。附着式高频风动振动器,虽然振实效果好,但动力消耗大、使用寿命短、装拆困难,而且需配备空压机等辅助设备,因而在国内未能普遍采用。插板式振动器也因其振动密实不匀而未能广泛推广。至于普通振动台,目前虽是国内一阶段预应力管常用的振动成型设备,但也存在着振动能
The vibration molding of the prestressed tube in the first stage generally adopts an attached high-frequency pneumatic vibrator, a plate-type electrodynamic vibrator, and an ordinary vibration table. Attached high-frequency pneumatic vibrators, although with good tapping effect, have a large power consumption, a short service life, and difficulty in assembly and disassembly. They also need auxiliary equipment such as air compressors, and thus cannot be widely used in the country. Plate-type vibrators have not been widely promoted due to their uneven compactness. As for the ordinary vibration table, although it is currently a vibration molding machine commonly used in the first stage of domestic prestressed pipes, there is also vibration energy.
