近年来药物终止停经49 d以内妊娠已被广泛应用于计划生育临床,并证实是一种安全有效、简便易行的非手术终止早孕的方法。但存在清宫率高、阴道流血量多及出血时间长等临床急需解决的问题。为此,我们根据多年的临床经验挖掘整理而成的经验方(宫膜净)结合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇综合治疗取得较好的疗效,现报道如下。
In recent years, within 49 days after termination of medication, pregnancy has been widely used in family planning clinics and has proved to be a safe, effective and simple method for non-surgical termination of early pregnancy. However, there are problems of high rate of hysteroscopy, vaginal bleeding and long bleeding time, which are urgently needed to be solved. To this end, we based on years of clinical experience mining experience (prescription membrane net) combined with mifepristone and misoprostol comprehensive treatment achieved better results are reported below.
