《纲要》指出:“幼儿发展语言的关键是创设一个能使他们想说、喜欢说、有机会说并能得到积极应答的环境。”同时明确地把幼儿早期阅读方面的要求纳入语言教育的目标体系。环境是重要的教育资源和幼儿发展的条件,幼儿的阅读兴趣和能力是在与外界环境的互动中建立起来并发展的。因此,幼儿园要创设动态的支持性环境,引导幼儿体验阅读的乐趣,促进早期阅读能力的发展。
