由甘肃省广播电视学会和《中国广播电视学刊》联合举办的“全国广播电视学刊交流协作会”1991年9月17日至20日在甘肃省兰州市召开。《中国广播电视学刊》和23个省(区)、市广播电视学刊的主编、副主编、编辑部主任及代表40多人出席了会议,中国广播电视学会和甘肃、江苏、安徽、贵州、天津等省、市学会的领导人何尤、皇甫斌、韩泽、李国桢、徐用度、张鸿飞等参加了会议。甘肃省广播电视学会副会长高剑夫、《中国广播电视学刊》副主编罗弘道主持了会议。
The “Communication and Cooperation Meeting of National Radio and TV Journal” co-sponsored by Gansu Provincial Radio and Television Institute and “China Radio and Television Academic Journal” was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province from September 17 to 20, 1991. More than 40 people, including chief editor, deputy editor and chief editor of China Radio and TV Journal and 23 provinces (autonomous regions) and municipal radio and TV academic journals attended the conference. CCTV and Gansu, Jiangsu, Anhui and Guizhou Heyu, Huangfu Bin, Han Ze, Li Guozhen, Xu Xudu, Zhang Hongfei, leaders of Tianjin and other provinces and municipalities attended the meeting. Gao Jianfu, vice president of Gansu Radio and Television Society, and Luo Hongdao, associate editor of “China Radio and TV Journal”, presided over the meeting.
