随着经济全球化趋势的快速发展和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,国家对安全生产的法制化建设和监督管理力度进一步加强,社会各界和公众舆论对企业的安全生产越来越关注,安全生产已经成为事关稳定大局的热点。石油化工企业既是国民经济的支柱产业,又是一个高风险行业,安全生产更关系到社会的稳定、经济的发展和改革开放的进程。实施安全监督并确保有效运行,是石油企业实现科学发展、和谐发展的重要基础和保证。
With the rapid development of economic globalization and the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the state has further strengthened its legal construction and supervision and administration over safety production, and has drawn more and more attention from the public and various sectors of the public about the safety of enterprises.
