利用流场数值模拟软件FLUENT,结合激光测量结果,对液-液旋流器准自由涡进行了数值分析研究。结果表明,描述准自由涡的流型常数n和c不是恒定不变的常数。在不同的轴向位置,n和c都是不同的,n先随z/D的增大而增大,约在z/D=7处达到最大值,而后随z/D的继续增大而减小;c随着z/D的增加而减小。当入口平均速度增大时,n基本保持不变,而c随入口平均速度的增大而增大;当分流比增大时,n和c基本保持不变;当物料黏度增加时,n和c随黏度的增加而减小。
The numerical simulation of the quasi - free vortex of a liquid - liquid hydrocyclone is carried out by using the numerical simulation software FLUENT of flow field combined with laser measurement results. The results show that the flow constants n and c describing quasi-free vortices are not constant. In different axial positions, n and c are different, n first increases with increasing z / D, reaches a maximum at about z / D = 7, and then increases with z / D Decrease; c decreases with increasing z / D. When the average inlet velocity increases, n basically remains unchanged, while c increases with the average inlet velocity increases. When the split ratio increases, n and c remain basically unchanged; when the material viscosity increases, n and c decreases with increasing viscosity.
