空芯光纤已经成功用于红外波段的传能与气体传感。利用金属膜空芯光纤在可见光波段的低损耗特性,进行有色溶液测量。基于可见光光谱吸收法,设计并搭建了稳定实用的溶液浓度传感系统。从理论上对系统进行仿真计算,分析了系统的传感特性。实验测定了氯化钴溶液的浓度,结果表明系统具有响应速度快、操作便捷和灵敏度高的优点。另外,系统具有可小型化及可在线检测的特点,在环境监测、化工过程监控和医药生产等领域都有广阔的应用前景。
Hollow fiber has been successfully used in the infrared band of energy transfer and gas sensing. The use of metal film hollow-core fiber in the visible light band of low-loss characteristics, the colored solution measurement. Based on visible light absorption spectroscopy, a stable and practical solution concentration sensing system was designed and constructed. In theory, the system is simulated and the sensing characteristics of the system are analyzed. The concentration of cobalt chloride solution was experimentally determined. The results show that the system has the advantages of fast response, convenient operation and high sensitivity. In addition, the system has the characteristics of miniaturization and online detection, and has broad application prospects in the fields of environmental monitoring, chemical process monitoring and pharmaceutical production.
