随迁子女小学,通俗而言就是农民工子弟小学,也就是家长们口中的“菜场小学”。说起这些学校,人们的刻板印象大多是师资水平较弱、学校硬件差,那里的孩子也不爱念书,父母忙于生计不管他们,去那里读书没有希望,看不见未来。大部分家长只要有能力,是不会送孩子去那里念书的。然而,恰恰是在一所随迁子女小学里,有一位上海市2016年度“为人、为师、为学”典型,在上海基层教育系统内只有五位老师获得此殊荣。在笔者看来,谢雪丽老师之所以能被评为“为人、为师、为学”典型是因为
