的 探讨后腹腔镜在泌尿外科手术中的应用。方法 总结 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 4年9月用后腹腔镜手术治疗 5 3例泌尿外科疾病的临床资料。结果 5 1例手术成功。 2例中转开放手术。手术时间 3 0～ 180min ,平均 90min ,术中出血 5 0～ 15 0ml ,平均 80ml ,1～ 3d内下床活动 ,术后住院时间 5～ 10d ,平均 7d。结论 后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病具有创伤小、康复快、住院时间短等优点 ,有很好的应用前景。
The application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in urological surgery. Methods The clinical data of 53 cases of urological diseases treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery from January 2000 to September 2004 were summarized. Results 51 cases were successful. 2 cases transferred to open surgery. The operation time was 30 to 180 minutes with an average of 90 minutes. The intraoperative blood loss ranged from 50 to 150ml with an average of 80ml. The patients were mobilized within 1 to 3 days and the postoperative hospital stay was 5 to 10 days (average, 7 days). Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for urological diseases has the advantages of less trauma, quick recovery and shorter hospital stay, and has a good prospect of application.
