近年来,我国建筑业发展迅速,新型建筑出现频繁,建筑工程的管理模式也在不断变化。尽管国内的建筑工程技术管理有了较大的提高,但在实际过程中还存在很多问题。新形势下,加强建筑工程的技术管理已经势在必行。本文主要分析了建筑工程技术管理过程中出现的一些问题,并进一步提出加强施工管理创新与优化的一系列方法。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s construction industry, new buildings appear frequently, construction management model is constantly changing. Although the domestic construction technology management has been greatly improved, but in the actual process there are still many problems. Under the new situation, it is imperative to strengthen the technical management of construction projects. This article mainly analyzes some problems that occurred in the management of construction engineering technology and further proposes a series of methods to enhance the innovation and optimization of construction management.
