1986年以来,我们应用自拟“复方酵母抗菌散”,治疗小儿消化不良、肠炎,腹泻450例,3日痊愈409例。方剂组成(1岁小儿1次量):食母生0.3g,土霉素0.07g,维生素B_10.1g,乳酸钙0.3g,甲氧苄氨嘧啶0.05g,共为细末,一次口服,每日3次。1～2天痊愈299人,2～3天痊愈110人。体会:小儿消化不良、肠炎、腹泻,多因喂食过量、饿后暴食或吃被污染食物而致病,又多在小儿消化机能低下的夏秋季发生。上述药物具有广谱抑菌,缓解肠道平滑肌痉挛,防止蛋白质发酵,促
