作者从1976～1986年,连续收治鼻咽癌(NPC)1154例,其中10例(0.867％)伴有皮肌炎(DM)。男性7例,女性3例,年龄35～77岁,平均49.7岁。按HO氏分期:Ⅰ期6例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期1例,因而诊断时大多数属早期(Ⅱ)。3例无NPC症状患者是在DM随诊中发现的,2例颈部有转移肿块,但无耳鼻咽喉症状;2例有鼻衄与颈部肿块;鼻衄、鼻溢液与耳鸣各1例。除1例NPC是在DM之前和1例同时诊断外,其余NPC均在DM之
From 1976 to 1986, the authors consecutively treated 1,154 NPC patients, of which 10 (0.867%) were associated with dermatomyositis (DM). There were 7 males and 3 females, aged from 35 to 77 years, with an average age of 49.7 years. According to HO’s staging: 6 cases of stage Ⅰ, 3 cases of stage Ⅱ, 1 case of stage Ⅲ, and therefore the majority of early diagnosis (Ⅱ). Three patients without NPC symptoms were found in the follow-up of DM. Two patients had metastatic masses in the neck but no symptoms of otolaryngopharynx. Two patients had nasal mucosa and neck mass. One patient had epistaxis, nasal discharge and tinnitus . Except for 1 case of NPC being diagnosed before DM and 1 case, the remaining NPCs were all in DM
