分析煤矿机电管理存在问题及对策

本文从以下两个方面探讨煤矿机电管理存在的问题及对策:一是煤矿机电管理中存在的问题,包括管理体制不健全、设备存在的隐患较多、机电人员素质较低、机电监察工作不到位等问题;二是加强煤矿机电管理的对策,根据现阶段煤矿机电管理中存在的问题,采取有针对性的措施,提高煤矿机电管理工作的效率与效果,使煤矿机电管理工作取得实效。 This article discusses the problems and countermeasures of coal mine electromechanical management from the following two aspects: First, the problems in coal mine electromechanical management, including the imperfect management system, more hidden dangers in equipment, low quality of electromechanical personnel, lack of mechanical and electrical monitoring work And other issues; the second is to strengthen the mechanical and electrical management of coal mines countermeasures, according to the current stage of mechanical and electrical management of coal mines existing problems, to take targeted measures to improve the efficiency of mines and electrical management efficiency and effectiveness of mechanical and electrical management of coal mines to achieve tangible results.
