高职院校的档案工作隶属于高职院校的管理工作范畴,也是其中的重要组成部分,它不仅反映了一个学校认真负责的态度,同时也体现了高职院校的发展轨迹、传统文化和管理水平。而随着时代的进步,社会的各个方面都在进行以创新为主的改变,为与时俱进,高职院校的档案管理工作也需要探索出一条创新的路径。本文就高职院校档案管理工作现阶段存在的问题为基点,着重分析高职院校档案管理工作的创新路径。
