目的分析持续性人文关怀在重症加强护理病房(ICU)护理中的应用价值。方法 102例ICU患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组患者配合常规护理,观察组患者配合以持续性人文关怀为主的护理。比较两组患者的护理质量。结果护理后两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均有所改善,观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分分别为(25.41±1.15)、(24.25±1.02)分,对照组分别为(47.96±2.16)、(44.63±2.02)分,观察组患者改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对于ICU患者,为患者配合以持续性人文关怀为主的护理能够取得更好的效果,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the value of continuous humanistic care in intensive care unit (ICU) nursing. Methods 102 cases of ICU patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group patients with routine care, observation group patients with persistent humanistic care-based care. The quality of care was compared between the two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores of two groups improved after nursing. The score of SAS and SDS in the observation group after intervention were (25.41 ± 1.15) and (24.25 ± 1.02), respectively ) In the control group were (47.96 ± 2.16) and (44.63 ± 2.02) points, respectively.
