目的观察自制护心贴膏治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及安全性。方法连续选择2006年2月1日-2009年1月1日间于安徽太和县中医院心内科住院的61例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,所有入选患者均接受常规西药治疗方法(扩冠、抗凝、抗心肌缺血、调脂、抗血小板),治疗组加用护心贴膏心前区外贴,24h更换1帖,72h后观察统计两组疗效。结果对照组总有效率73.3%,治疗组总有效率93.5%,两者差别具有统计学意义。结论护心贴膏为复方纯中药制剂,作为急性冠脉综合征的辅助治疗药物安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of self-made nursing patch in treating acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 61 patients with acute coronary syndrome who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology, Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anhui Province from February 1, 2006 to January 1, 2009 were randomly selected and divided into control group and treatment group. All the patients were enrolled The patients in the treatment group were treated with the patch of precautionary area of heart-protecting plaster, replaced with 1 post for 24 hours, and the therapeutic effect was observed 72 hours after the treatment of conventional western medicine (crown expansion, anticoagulation, anti-myocardial ischemia, lipid-lowering and antiplatelet) . Results The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Protecting paste for the compound pure Chinese medicine preparation, as an adjunctive treatment of acute coronary syndrome is safe and effective.
