目的 探讨白内障现代囊外摘除后房型人工晶体植入术后并发瞳孔膜形成的康复治疗。方法 对 64例白内障现代囊外摘除后房型人工晶体植入术后并发瞳孔膜形成的患者，采用 5－ Fu、糖皮质激素及中医中药综合治疗。结果 53例瞳孔膜完全吸收，且视力有不同程度提高。结论 中医中药、 5－ Fu、糖皮质激素等综合治疗对白内障现代囊外摘除人工晶体植入术后并发瞳孔膜形成的康复治疗具有较好的效果。
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation of cataract formation after cataract extraction by posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods 64 cases of cataract patients who underwent extracapsular posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with pupil membrane formation were treated with 5- Fu, glucocorticoid and traditional Chinese medicine. Results 53 cases of pupil membrane completely absorbed, and visual acuity improved to varying degrees. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine, 5- Fu, glucocorticoid and other comprehensive treatment of cataract extraction posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation combined with pupil membrane formation after rehabilitation therapy has a good effect.
