为与呼和浩特铁路局工务工厂500m长钢轨焊接生产线配套,由呼和浩特铁路局、铁道部科学研究院、内蒙古工业大学和呼和浩特铁路局工务工厂共同研究、设计、试验而成的钢轨中频淬火生产线,是一项比较完整的钢轨淬火新工艺流水作业线。该生产线采用了整体预热、淬火落差调整装置,从而控制和减少了钢轨淬火后的变形量。在执行速度方面,采用了交流变频调速技术,传送轨速度稳定可靠。研究采用的M型加热感应器,可使轨顶面小轨顶圆弧处的温差有所下降,对保证淬火质量的均匀性有一定
In order to cooperate with the 500m long rail welding production line of Huhhot Railway Administration Engineering Plant, the rail intermediate frequency quenching production line jointly researched, designed and tested by Hohhot Railway Administration, Scientific Research Institute of Ministry of Railways, Inner Mongolia University of Technology and Hohhot Railway Administration is one A more complete rail quenching new process flow line. The production line uses the overall preheating, quenching drop adjustment device to control and reduce the amount of deformation after quenching of the rail. In the implementation of speed, the use of AC variable frequency speed control technology, the transmission speed is stable and reliable. The M-type heating sensor used in the study can reduce the temperature difference at the arc of the small rail top rail surface to some extent to ensure the uniformity of the quenching quality
