同“应用文”一样,“实务信函”实在也是个模糊概念。本文所说的实务信函,主要指的是政府公函和私人信札之外、公司或机构用于处理日常事务的信函。香港实务信函的格式、用语等深受我国传统书信和英文书信的双重影响。近年来由于香港的公司、机构与内地交往的急剧增加,而且又面临“九七回归”,香港的实务信函又渗入了我国当代公私信函格式、语言的一些习惯和风格,从而呈现出了新的特点。本文试就此择要作些介绍。
As with the “application”, “practical letter” is really a vague concept. The substantive letters in this article mainly refer to the letters that companies or institutions use to handle their daily affairs in addition to government letters and private letters. The formats, terms, etc. of Hong Kong practice letters are greatly influenced by both our traditional letters and English letters. In recent years, Hong Kong’s substantive correspondence has infiltrated some of the habits and styles of contemporary public-private letter formats and languages in Hong Kong, resulting in a new Features. This article try to make some introduction on this.
