G408是陕西省延安洛川试验站用延安15号作母本、延安13号作父本杂交选育而成。1985年引进我所,经5年参加省、地区域试验,表现高产、稳产、早熟、优质、抗病等优点,于1988年开始进行生产示范推广,1990年6月21日通过省级鉴定。旱塬地一般亩产270公斤左右,最高可达416.67公斤,截止1990年秋播统计,累计推广面积共7745亩。特征特性:G408属强冬性中早熟品种,在西峰生育期为286天左右,比庆丰1号早熟2~3天。株高90~100厘米,较抗倒伏。穗形长方、长芒、白壳,穗长6.5厘米,籽粒红色、角质、千粒重30~35克,容重816克/升。 G408 is Yan’an Luochuan Experimental Station in Yan’an, Shaanxi Province, which was used as the female parent and Yan’an No.13 as the male parent.
