How to build a legislation and law enforcement system with Chinese characteristics of health and epidemic prevention laws and regulations, especially based on law enforcement at the county (district) level, integrating the reality of China, and unifying the supervision and legal responsibilities of health laws and regulations is an issue that needs urgent study and discussion. Because of the unification of this legislative ideology, it will play a decisive role in the current and future development of health law enforcement and law enforcement agencies. However, the “Food Hygiene Law (Trial)”, “Infectious Diseases Prevention and Control Law” and the “Publicity” issued by the State Council have been promulgated by the National People’s Congress.
