“巧眼不如拙线”是在建筑工人中流传的一句谚语。这里“巧眼”可看作视力好的、有一定实践经验的人的眼睛;“拙线”是指质量比较差的线,从广义上讲,指的是检查和测量工具。因此,这句话的含意是说,经验再多,用眼睛观测总不如用工具检查来得准确。“巧眼不如拙线”说明在工程质量检验时应严格要求,一丝不苟。在检查各分项工程质量时,应根据施工验收规范和操作规程要求,认真检查和测量,不能怕费
