本文结合空调用电加热带不工作问题,从电加热带失效机理、器件结构、工艺设计及使用环境,对电加热带系统性整改与推进方式进行了分析和研究。从故障点分析、X光透视、结构解剖测试发现电加热带结构设计缺陷,电加热带的开路、接触不稳定等工作异常与结构设计缺陷存在较大关联。从电加热带结构设计、可靠性设计着手全面、系统化提升器件质量。
In this paper, the problem of non-working of electric heating belt in air conditioners is analyzed. From the failure mechanism of electric heating belt, device structure, process design and environment, the systematic rectification and promotion of electric heating belt are analyzed and studied. Analysis from the point of failure, X-ray, structural anatomy test found that structural design of electric heating zone defects, electric heating zone open, unstable contact and other structural abnormalities and structural defects have a greater correlation. From the electric heating structure design, reliability design proceed with comprehensive, systematic and improve the quality of the device.
