1998年以来,山西煤炭行业遇到很大困难,产量和销售都大幅度下降,明年恐怕也不会有什么大的好转。煤炭是山西的支柱产业,支柱产业受挫,山西的整体经济就相当困难,虽然下半年有所回升,但总的情况不会有大的改观。解决煤炭问题是我省当前紧迫的大问题,因为煤炭产业占经济总量的比重很大,靠其它产业是难以弥补的,至少在短期内难以办到。 煤炭产业的出路,与我省产业结构调整紧密相关。产业结构是我省经济发展的核心问题。
