在我国法律制度不断完善的大背景下,婚姻家庭法是法律体系中非常重要的一个部分,而在这个范围内的损害赔偿制度也是婚姻家庭法中的一个重要分支,其主要的作用是处理一些民事方面的事务以及侵害相关的问题。夫妻是社会中最常见、最普遍的群体,因此,在夫妻生活中也最容易出现一些冲突和矛盾。为了更好的解决夫妻之间的矛盾,防止侵权行为的发生,婚姻家庭法中列出了专门针对损害赔偿的相关制度。本文就婚姻家庭法有关损害赔偿的几个问题展开了一系列的研究。
Under the constant improvement of the legal system in our country, the Marriage and Family Law is a very important part of the legal system. The damage compensation system in this area is also an important branch in the Marriage and Family Law. Its main function is to deal with some Civil affairs and infringement related issues. Couples are the commonest and most common group in society. Therefore, conflicts and contradictions are also the most likely to occur in the life of couples. In order to better resolve conflicts between husband and wife and prevent infringement, the Marriage and Family Law lists the relevant systems specifically for damages. This article has carried on a series of studies on several issues of damages in Marriage and Family Law.
