上海船舶工业企事业标准化室主任联席会第14次会议于2013年5月17日由上海船厂船舶有限公司组织举行。本次会议议题是:钻井船研制中的标准化情况介绍及研讨;JU-2000E型自升式钻井平台综合标准化示范项目进展情况介绍和研讨。联席会会长章桂宝主持会议,并介绍了钻井船的特点及当前世界海工法规及标准的现状。上海船厂高辉和许捷两位工程师介绍了由该厂和708研究所共同研制的3 000英尺钻井船的技术概
Shanghai Shipbuilding Industry Standardization Director of the 14th meeting of the joint meeting on May 17, 2013 organized by the Shanghai Shipyard Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. held. The topics for this meeting are: introduction and discussion of standardization in the development of drilling rigs; and introduction and discussion on the progress of the integrated standardization demonstration project of JU-2000E jack-up drilling platform. Zhang Guibao, chairman of the joint conference, chaired the meeting and introduced the characteristics of the drilling vessel and the current status of the world’s marine engineering rules and standards.
