以曙光煤矿集中轨道巷为工程背景,分析了围岩性质、构造应力和水理作用对底鼓的影响。结合数值模拟和工程实践分析了底板无支护时,水平应力作用下巷道周边应力分布及塑性区发育情况,阐述了巷道底鼓机理并提出治理巷道底鼓的措施,通过优化现有支护参数,提高顶板及两帮煤体的承载能力;消除水对底板的影响;增强底板岩体的强度,减少底鼓变形量。
Taking Shuguang coal mine centralized track lane as the engineering background, the influences of the surrounding rock character, tectonic stress and water quality on the kick drum are analyzed. Based on numerical simulation and engineering practice, the stress distribution around the roadway and the development of plastic zone under horizontal stress are analyzed when the floor is unsupported. The mechanism of the roadway bottom drum is expounded and measures are put forward to control the roadway bottom drum. By optimizing the existing support parameters , To increase the carrying capacity of the roof and two coal bodies; to eliminate the impact of water on the floor; to enhance the strength of the floor rock mass and reduce the deformation of the bottom drum.
