食品供应链中的纵向协作:一个理论综述

食品供应链中紧密的纵向协作是保障食品安全的重要产业组织形式。涉及纵向协作的理论有很多,但通常都是被独立应用的。本文对一些主要的相关理论进行了简要述评和综合。文章指出,不同的理论观点往往是互相补充的,要想全面地分析纵向协作的演化本质,需要将这些理论综合在一起,但这种理论的综合也可能破坏主流的交易费用经济学和代理理论的完美性。未来的相关研究应更多的关注战略联盟、合资、长期契约等各种中间状态及其区别。 Close vertical collaboration in the food supply chain is an important industrial organization that ensures food safety. There are many theories involved in vertical collaboration, but they are usually applied independently. This article briefly reviews and synthesizes some of the major related theories. The article points out that different theoretical perspectives often complement each other. To comprehensively analyze the evolutionary nature of vertical collaboration, these theories need to be integrated. However, the combination of these theories may undermine the mainstream economics of transaction costs and agency theory Perfectness. The relevant research in the future should pay more attention to the various intermediate states such as strategic alliances, joint ventures and long-term contracts, and their differences.
