目的对盐酸阿莫地喹片含量测定进行方法学研究。方法采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸阿莫地喹片进行含量测定。结果采用该方法测定盐酸阿莫地喹片,以浓度对吸收度进行线性回归,盐酸阿莫地喹在5~30μg/ml范围内浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系。日内平均回收率99.9%,RSD为0.91%;日间平均回收率99.9%,RSD为0.53%。结论本法测定盐酸阿莫地喹片准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective To study the method of determination of amodiade hydrochloride. Methods The content of amodiade hydrochloride hydrochloride tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The amodipine hydrochloride tablets were determined by this method. The concentration of amodiaquine was linearly regressed. The concentration of amodiade hydrochloride in the range of 5 ~ 30μg / ml showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance. The average daily recovery was 99.9% with a RSD of 0.91%. The average recovery was 99.9% during the day with a RSD of 0.53%. Conclusion The determination of amodiade hydrochloride hydrochloride tablets is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of this product.
