食用纯蛇粉制品是由活腹蛇或乌梢蛇等去皮、肠后,通过灭菌加工制成微细粉末,该品富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素类及各种微量元素等成分。绍兴市有三家生产单位生产该类产品。我们在卫生检测中,发现纯蛇粉制品细菌污染比较严重。与此同时,我们对生产各个环节进行了调查,现将检测和调查情况报告如下: 1.材料与方法 1.1 标本来源:均是纯蛇粉,为卫生审查样品,由三家生产单位分别送至食监所,再由食监所送往实验室。三家厂家先后分别送样2～4份不等,共送检样品9份。
